Ive ordered a Bose mini Bluetooth speaker from your website on 11th of September 2016 order number is #8261, and received it on 19th of September, charged it for 3 hrs then used it, It lasted for 15 minutes before I can use it any more, I just want to use your seven days return policy, so kindly look for the matter else I will complain to Bose that you guys are insulting such brand just to make your profit. And yours customer support helpline number is not being answered
