Vnaaz.com — Duplicate Product received | |||||
I ordered for JBL(Pulse) blueooth speaker from www.vnaaz.com on 28th August, 2016. I received a duplicate Pulse speaker(not a JBL one) on 1st September for which I paid Rs.6499. After that I called customer care number of vnaaz([protected]) 10-15 times and every time they say they are checking the status with the seller. When I am trying to login to the website and check the order status it is still showing as 'Processing' and I am not getting any Return option. I also dropped a mail to [protected]@vnaaz.com but didn't get any reply. The order Id is 7160. I want to return the duplicate product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
