Dear Sir, I have order the BOSE MINI BLUETOOTH SPEAKER, but I have received the DUPLICATE & DAMAGED product, it is not at all working of Rs 2000, I have replied to the MAIL id through which i got the order, but no response . There is no call centre no. & person called from one number for the confirmation of order, Now when try reach on the same phone, he is not lifting the call & right now it is switched off . I have got this product delivered on 27.02.17 through eco express. my order no.13687 We request you to do the needful help in this regards & re-funding the amount at earliest.
