Dear Sir,
I am Kaja Moideen Working in UAE for more than 10years, As my life time achievement I bought a villa from VNCT Venters on 07/08/0/2018 and handover in 01/08/2021
On earlier VNCT has provided the good communication and promised to build a gated community villa in my hometown when I takeover my house I have come to know that we have badly cheated by VNCT. After staying in, we realize the entire product that they have used to build it’s not up to standard and bad quality building construction metrical used currently all my villa wall started leaking as the construction not properly done.
As vnct is targeting on NRIs to making them fall in to the trap using the strong media channels in Dubai with their speech they have promised to build Landscaped Garden, Amphi Teatre, Meditation Zone, Basketball court, Cricket Pitch, Shuttle Court, Volley Ball Court, Waliking/ Jogging Track, Kids Play Area now nothing is their then they start to ignore when asked questions/ they do everything possible to divide the owners/ they raise their voice/they tell that they are powerful/they mention that they are untouchable/they corner / they ignore /they threaten when we ask for our basic rights
• As mentioned by VNCT in all the media communications from 2017 to till date, White Villas has always been marketed as a living gated community with all amenities; however; VNCT fails to provide all amenities as promised.
• Frequency of sewerage overflow has been mentioned every 25 days but the sewerage is getting filled every 4 days and causing huge chaos.
• The paint in my house wall has already started peeling off and there are multiple cracks and fungus in the walls though we have still not occupied the premise.
• There is no rain water harvest provision in the villa which was committed earlier. But there is no provision made in the layout. Due to this, there is overloading during rainy season which has damaged the wall finishes in the villa. Expecting VNCT to create a provision for the rain water harvest.
