I am having a very bad service from Vishal Verma & team and I am too struggling to get my website data.
Like to share my experience so others can benefit -
Vishal Verma from VNETINDIA runs their hosting website from Delhi through a hosting service provider E2E Networks Limited (https://www.e2enetworks.com- based in 282, Sector 19 Noida) through a company based in Delhi, He had charged us the crazy amount for hosting a website which is not even 100MB and less than 1000 visitors a year.
Our mistake is, We trusted Vishal Verma and NETINDIA and didn't take our website backup and kept to ourself and now they are playing and not giving our website data and asking us to pay for a year whereas we don't want their service as the website keeps going down almost every month.
Make sure you do a regular backup if you host a website with them before you leave.
We are in the process of making a local police complaint and also to the cyber police to get our data from Vishaal Verman and team https://vnetindia.com.
