Hi,

We have received fit bit with sports mp3 player product on last week when i open both product are not working on same time we are contacting there customer care and send mail on next day but then also they are said that
"dear buyer
Your product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee which is already mentioned on product page. So we can not refund or exchange the product."

I have checked the web side but there is no specific mention that refund and guarantee and when i was trying to contact customer care they are cut my landline call i think this company deliver defect product to customer and earn money from this business. Please stop this non sense time of job
