Vobhe.com — Wrong product wrong colour and denied for return

I had placed an order on vobhe.com on 7th of august 2016 for - air green orange bottom casual wear shoes

Mrp : 999 + 70 shipping charges

I had attached two pictures : one of the product ordered and one of the product received.
I had received the product on 13th august. the product that i had received is was of some chinese brand and white colour shoes.
And i had ordered for black colour shoes with green and orange design.
When i had requested for a return and refund of the product.
They denied saying that the colour of the product may vary.
But here the entire product is wrong.
They have send me some chinese brand shoes white colour where as i had ordered for nike black colour shoes.
