Vobhe — Fake product sent instead of the actual product

I ordered orange black blade shoes from vobhe.Com and as per the order number vob259700 but they sent me a fake product.

I have tried to contact them but they said they will send me an email on the front for the returns but no response.

I also sent an email on the same to ask for resolution and still no response.

On top of it the mrp on the fake product is only 450 but they have charged me 1170 rs.
