Vocabsolution — used abusive language with me & threaten on call

I ordered my product & the payment mode was online through debit card. I called them to ask about when i get my order bcoz i didn't get any conformation message on my register number. Some guy name wid (Aditya) picked my call & the moment i asked the details he stating shouting on me & talk very rudely. After 2 days i called him again to ask about the current situation for my product bcoz my amount was already detected and i didn't get any confirmation message till 4 days from them. The moment i asked that where is my product & when i wil get its being 5-6 days atleat comfirm me that my order has placed or not, then after that what all happend i was tottaly in shocked he started shouting on me & abusing me & when he abused me then i said i don't want ur product, you guys just give me my amount back. He said i will not gonna give you the product & not even refund.. You go & do whatever you want to do..
But i will not gonna leave them like that, they are nobody to talk like that to anyone.. I had an family lawyer in my family & i told him the whole story that they said they will not gonna give my product & not even gonna refunt my amount after all this words he juz they this is illegal & will take a action on this..
Its not about the money but the way he behaved & the way he abused me i'll not gonna leave him!
They are such a big bigg biggg theft plz plz plz guys don't order anything from here..
