Volkswagen India Kumar Motors — Not performing service and misleading customer everytime

This is bharat yogappanavar from Bagalkot karnataka, i own a VOLKSWAGEN TAIGUN GT 1.5 manual transmission.
Vehicle number PY05L - 7882 .

I want to share my experience with the periodic service of my vehicle at your HUBLI BRANCH and mention some serious issues about billing and the quality of service at the centre .
You have a service calculator where a customer can know how much roughly it could cost him during the service .
It's was 45000 kms periodic service and there were some mechanical issues which were promised to be repaired and replaced for free by the hubli branch .
The moment I entered the service centre, i was guided with the vehicle problems, one of their employee inspects the vehicle and says
Vehicle needed a wax polish due to color fading, needed a thorough interior cleaning and stuff, which were not my concern at all and were not necessary . It was simply to raise my vehicle service bill.
They need to ask what the customer has to say . A test drive was conducted 30 mins after me reaching there .
I am sharing with both the bills, your website generated bill and bill made by the service centre
Service centre hubli claims all the particulars mentioned in the invoice were all standard charges for 45000 kms periodic service .
I am also sharing a video of the quality of work your service centre does, it is very shameful on your side

Look for yourself . It was the worst experience of my life with all the cars I had .
