My first complaint number was [protected]. My dishwasher has been out of service since 4 may 26. I have sent several emails to Beko and made many calls to your customer service team but my problem has still not been resolved.
After waiting for almost three months a replacement machine was delivered on 6 aug 26. However the new machine was not working properly. I raised a complaint on the same day and a technician visited my home. After inspecting the machine, the technician informed me that it had a leakege problem could not be repaired and that the machine would have to be replaced.
On 8 aug I received a call from the service centre asking me to provide an OTP to close the previous complaint so that a new complaint could be generated. I provided the OTP and a new complaint was registered under [protected] on 2 sep. I received a call from a logistics person regarding the delivery of the replacement dishwasher. He informed me that I needed to arrange a helper to load and unload the machine. Unfortunately I was not at home at that time so I could not arrange a person. As a result the delivery could not be completed.
I would like to ask Tata Beko how long am I expected to wait for a proper resolution ? My dishwasher has been out of service for approximately four months and despite repeated complaints, emails, calls, technician visits, and a promised replacement my problem remains unresolved.
This has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration. I honestly feel that I made the wrong decision by purchasing this machine from Tata Beko.
I request you to please take this matter seriously and provide me with a clear timeline for the replacement and final resolution of my complaint. Was this information helpful? |
