Sir,

I am dr. Deepanshu ranjan singh, a citizen of india, age 28 years currently residing in kolkata city of west bengal. I am a btech from nit rourkela and had obtained my phd from iit (Ism) dhanbad in mining engineering.

I was a regular employee of m/s larsen & toubro ltd (L&t), located at kolkata since june 2017. I was approached by m/s volvo eicher commercial vehicles ltd (Vecv), offering me a full time job at deputy manager rank in their organisation.
After due process and several rounds of technical and human resource (Hr) interviews, vecv has issued me a loi, dated april 19, 2019, (Enclosed with the mail) and requested me to resign from l&t and share the resignation letter with them via mail communication.

I resigned on april 22, 2019 from l&t on the basis of loi and mail communication from vecv hr team. L&t accepted my resignation letter and released me w. E. F. June 10, 2019.

Vecv has confirmed me my joining date june 17, 2019 by mail communication, but later deferred the date on june 14, 2019 and later withdraw my employment offer on june 21, 2019.

Vecv has left me unemployed, destroying my career without any reason and questioning my character and integrity without any proofs. I possess all documents as per loi issued by vecv, but then also my offer was withdrawn.

I believe it was a deliberate attempt by vecv company to destroy my career. Hr team has misused their power and position. This has caused a mental trauma to me and my wife and my retired parents.

I request your intervention in the matter and kind support & help to me. I am left with no option, hence i am writing for help to you.

Please help me by taking action against company like vecv for indulging in such unethical and non-transparent practices.
