Volyzan — delivered wrong product

I had ordered a belt from the above portal but they delivered me the wrong belt.
When I called them for the same they arranged the reverse pick up after 2 weeks and after that I am repeatedly calling them for the exchange/refund they are not responding to my calls nor replying to my messages on what's app so it proves that they are BIG FRAUD and CHEATERS
SO I WANT TO WARN ALL THE USERES TO STAY AWAY FROM www.volyzan.com AND DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THE ABOVE PORTAL.
