I placed an order on 6 of nov.
This is the massage that i got right after
Amount got deducted from my acc.

Today i got a call from vostro life saiying that your trasection was failed.
I have screen shot of trasection saiying that trasection is sucsseful thank you for your order

Also i am not able to log in in my account
When i try to reset the password from website i never get an email with reset link.

So i dont know what kind of scam this is i want my order delivered coz i paid for it
I have proof of trasection and and already spoke to my bank they say it was a sucessful transection.

I also sent them email but they did not respond to it
I tried to call number mentioned on website its always switched off.
I tried to login in my account it does not take my password now
Niether send me an email to reset it.
