Voter Id Registration, Uttar Pradesh — Regarding spelling correction in Voter Ids of 6 family members

Respected sir, Please find the attached list of Voter Id Correction Request of 6 family members, W have a voter ids which having too much wrong spellings in my Name, Father's Name, Age/D.O.B. and Address by typographic error. So i have filled manually the Form-8 for spelling correction of Name, Father's Name, Age/D.O.B. and Address and submitted many times to the concerned person with supporting documents in my Tehseel-Bikapur, Distt.-Faizabad (U.P.) but not resolved the problems to till now. So once again i have filled the Form-8 from your concerned department Voter Registration Center (VRC Office) with supporting documents for spellings correction in my Name, Father's Name, Age/D.O.B. and Address on dated 28 Feb.2015. Please find the attached Voter Correction Requests which showing the Status-Approved I need the Voter Id with correct spellings on urgent basis so humbly request to you please look into the matter and resolve the problems as son as possible.
