I, Mhd Danish, booked a 6N/7D Andaman Trip package from 10 January th to16th January, from Solopackers {( VOYMENT SOLOPACKERS PRIVATE LIMITEDis incorporated on this FOURTH day of NOVEMBER TWO THOUSAND TWENTYFOUR under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) }, and made an advancepayment for an amount of Rs. 13, 000/- vide their Invoice No: AD/16-09-25/00190, dated 16/09/2025. Since then, they are not giving any detailsregarding the confirmation of hotel bookings, trip activities booking etc. and notreplying to any of my messages promptly. Seeing this situation, i requested tocancel my bookings and email the same on 27/11/2025. Mr. Wase Khan, theowner of the company, assured me that, they will refund the 100% of the amountin line with their policy in 3-5 working days. Today is 10th December, 2026, andthey have not refunded my amount of Rs. 13, 000/-. I wish to get my refund assoon as possible. Thank you.
