Hi I have bought BIC PL 300 which is an subwoofer product. I have paid 51294 for a new product. That have given me box open item.
I have called their sales executives who sold me the product and they are not responding or picking my call, they don’t have a proper return policy or website to return my item, as I have bought through the sales executives.
