Vps Motors — delaying in bike documents like rc, bill

Hello sir,

Please note that i'd bought a new hf delux two wheeler from vps motors - hero motocorp, bhadson branch of vps in month of october '2019. Dealer did not provide the bill copy to me. Also i have not recieved rc book, insurance copy, number plate and helmet (Diwali scheme) till now date 10 february 2020.
This is too much delay of the documents from dealer side. Every week i call to dealer but they said, we have not received from upper side. Please do the needful asap. So that i can get all necessary documents of bike asap.
Can you know that how to ride from 4 month without any bike documents.

Purchasing date - 28 october 2019 (On the day of diwali)
Dealer name - prashant automobile, bhadson, karnal
