This is regarding the registration for Site nos. 116, 117& 118 in "M" Block of Gold project of Sancity.
Ibooked 3 plots in sancity gold on 2 names and did the full payment. Now they telling 1 plot is one side and gave sale agreement for 1 plot and rest 2 plots they are not confirming. And the entire staff will ignore my mails, calls, requests. And customer care number [protected] the person is so rude in answering. You pay 93, 000/- and get registration of 1 plot will see other 2 plots later orelse forget. Such a crooked customer care I have not seen till now. I want to file a complaint on them I have all the payments history and call recordings. Please help me where I can file a case.
