Vtk Automobiles — Harassment

I am very much happy with my Car Jeep Compass . But my complaint is the ill -treatment of Customers by VTK Automobiles OMR Chennai . Details of my mental agony and torture given below .On 13th December 2023 I have given my Jeep Compass Car, Registration No -----for service at VTK Automobiles 310 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Sholinganallur Chennai . My car was slightly affected by flood as water touched to the bottom of the car but not entered into the Engine .As such there was no major repair, but I wanted to make sure that nothing is wrong so I have given it to VTK automobiles for Service.On 18th Dec 2023 I called the Customer Support Engineer Rajkumar and asked about the status .He has told me that repair work started. On 21st Dec 2023 when I personally visited the Workshop I was shocked to see that my car was not even moved out from the Yard .i realized Rajkumar lied to me that repair work has been started . Since they lied to me, I doubted their intention and so asked to return my car without doing any repair so that I can give it to some outside mechanic shop .But both Rajkumar and the Manager Sudhakar repeatedly assured me to finish the repair within 15 days and give me back the vehicle . All my above conversations with Rajkumar and Sudhakar were recorded and I can submit it as evidence . I have talked to Rajkumar 22 times and to Sudhakar 9 times . Further I have personally visited VTK Automobiles 10 times.
This can be cross verified with their CCTV footage at their OMR workshop. Each time Sudhakar told me that he would complete the work in two or three days and give me back my car .But already 56 days is over and till today they have not given my car . Their intention was to cheat or cause damage to my car by wrongly detaining it in the yard for months together under hot sun and after all the car parts get rusted and jammed they will put some old parts and claim that they have put new parts and demand money from me. As I have lodged a Police complaint now, they may try to take revenge on me and may steal good spare parts of my car including engine and put some junk parts . They may even go to the extent of sabotaging my car so as to cause personal accident to me. I am a Senior Citizen, 68 years old having Heart problem .I Trust the Police and request them to get my car back from VTK Automobiles OMR Chennai in good condition .
