true he is fraud on the name of township, reality is property is in litigation when i asked about refund they are harrassing me for paying 6 lakh to cancel the booking . no bank is giving loan over their township projects

Realy Diksha? Please check your facts. All major banks including SBI is funding projects in Entire Blue Water projects of VTP.
VTP Realty is big time fraud, their sales team will only lie to sell their flats and eventually you will realize that all of the commitments have been lie. They dont deliver on time, neither they respond once you buy the flat.

I was sold a flat with lifetime open view in Aethereus, so I booked the flat even without visiting the site. I specifically booked the top floor for that purpose and now they have luanched 39 floor tower exactly next to Aethereus Phase 1 wheheras my flat is on 31st floor. Since march I have been trying to clarify but all the time, they told me that nothing will block my view. Please dont book any flat with them as they dont stand on their promises and neither they help you in any manner. I have all the evidences and emails proving that they are fraud and I am soon going to sue them..
VTP reality CUSTOMER team is ###. after making the final payment they don't pick up your call. everyone in CRM is ###. It seems their CEO is stupid and he hires all nonsense guys in his company. I can tell you the names of each and every person in the CRM team starting from CRM head to Chaprasi. Jab tak Modi hai aise paise log garibo ko lutate hi rahenge. RERA is useless, RERA should learn the governance policy from RBI. if we raise ANY COMPLAINT against BANK then within 30 days it gets resolved but RERE looks like the most corrupt government agency.
