Vtu Belgaum — Not providing NOC

Updated by Sneha S Konnur I am requesting the issuance of my No Objection Certificate (NOC) from my college. However, the college authorities are demanding ?3, 00, 000 for issuing the NOC, stating that the amount is related to a further course.

I would like to clarify that I have not pursued or continued the said further course at the college. Therefore, I am unable to understand the basis for demanding ?3, 00, 000 from me for a course that I did not undertake.

I kindly request the concerned authority to verify this matter, clarify the reason and legal/official basis for the demand, and provide appropriate assistance in obtaining my NOC. I am willing to pay any legitimate and officially prescribed dues, if applicable, but I request that I not be required to pay an amount relating to a course that I have not pursued.

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.
