Hi,
I had raised a request with VTU Eddts portal requesting for documents
1. transcripts and Medium of instruction letter on 21-Feb-2022

But because of some issue with eddts payment gateway i had to do a lot of follow up and eventually request got submitted on 23-Feb-2022

its been a week 's time now still i dont see any update on the submitted request or its being worked upon .

Request you to please process this and atleast provide the softcopy of the Medium of Instruction asap as i need it on priority .

Updated by msandeep12 Even on follow up over call, not getting any response, Just keep getting redirected to different number and every person just escaping with providing proper resolution

This is total irresponsible behaviour from VTU end by not providing details or even refund for the payment made .

Everytime i call they ask me to call another number and most of the time they talk rudely with out proper answer its been over a weeks time how much more to wait .

Please escalate it

Hey I am facing the same problem I have made payment but unable to submit the request form and no help from VTU end, Did you find any solution to this problem? Can you assist me if so.

Hey, I followed up every day calling on eddts contact number (08312498256, examination cell on 08312498131 and 136 .
Dropped a mail to [email protected] (registrar) . Got a response from registrar mail id addressing eddts team to look into my application and then they updated the payment completion status for my application request so that i was able to submit request. After 15-16 days i got my requested documents softcopy ..Hope this helps
