Hi, I graduated recently pursuing a B.Arch in RV College of Architecture which is affiliated with VTU. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing with the EDDTS platform. Despite my continuous attempts to contact their support team via email, I have not been receiving any OTP to log in to my account.
I actually gave my international number instead of Indian and hence this issue. I have been trying to contact eEDDTS and vtu for a number change but got no response from them
As you may be aware, the EDDTS platform is an essential tool for applying for master's programs, and I have been trying to use it to submit my application. However, due to the OTP not being received, I have been unable to complete the application process and have missed important deadlines as a result.
I have reached out to EDDTS customer support multiple times, and they have been unresponsive, which has left me feeling helpless and frustrated. I was advised by the college to wait for some time and that the OTP might arrive via mail. However, even after waiting for several weeks and checking my mail regularly, I have not received any response.
As a student, this situation is causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. I believe that this issue is beyond my control, and I need your help to escalate this issue to the appropriate authority.
I would also like to request your assistance in obtaining the necessary OTP to complete my application. I am eager to submit my application on time and pursue my educational goals.
