I have Purchased a Washing Machine of Thomson through Flipkart as per Order Id OD[protected] order Date[protected] and Invoice No. FALZC[protected] Invoice Date[protected] but I have received defective and used Washing Machine and thereafter I have raised a complaint to Flipkart partner regarding my Machine replacement dated 19-06-23, 21-6-23, 28-7-23, 07-7-23, 12-7-23 but all request cancelled by flipkart and afterthat flipkart customer said that policy is lapse so we can not do anything so please contact to Thomson Service Center then after the Flipkart Customer word I have raised a complaint to thomson service center through Email and Call and I am following up last two months but not any engineer or other person visit my location for solve the issue.
