Concerning volks wagon polo (kL 59 D 720) given for service regarding issue's on CPR sencer yet not delivered and show room authority was not well responded after taking the issue .we kept the car for service at the date of 12-feb and they are suppose to deliver with in 5 days till today I didn't received it .when I came to showroom for getting updates they spoiled my time from morning to evening .after pushing them they ask me to go for a test drive .when i done that I found an new complaint on my cars shock absorb which was not heir when I gave for service .In my family itself there are three polo cars and no one is happy with their service from vols wagon .I have two more cars i am very happy with their service and the prompt response given by them .
