This complaint is regarding steering control (audio control) in my VW Vento. My car was facing an issue of water pump leakage hence was given for servicing at VW Delhi north. The water pump issue was resolved however when I got delivery of the car the audio controls on steering stopped working. I am sick and tired of making rounds to the service centre because of service centre's incompetence to handle car carefully. Was this information helpful? |
