I purchased the VW Laboratory Pro theme on July 28, 2025 (Order ID: #27487) for ₹2300. Unfortunately, I have encountered multiple issues with the theme, which are preventing me from using it as intended:
Demo content not loading: After installing the theme, no demo content (pages, images, layouts) appeared.
Elementor error: I received the error “Content Area Not Found” when attempting to edit the homepage using Elementor.
Missing plugins: The required plugins, such as vw-laboratory-pro-posttype and vw-social-media, were either missing or could not be installed via the WordPress dashboard.
I have contacted VW Themes support multiple times and have not received a satisfactory resolution. As a result, my website has been delayed, leading to significant business loss.
Given the ongoing issues and delays, I am requesting a full refund for the theme, as it is not functioning as advertised. Was this information helpful? |
