While temporary improvements may occur for a day or two following a complaint, the same issues persist shortly thereafter.

What is particularly concerning is the lack of follow-up from [Network Provider Name] regarding the status of my complaints or any feedback provided. It seems evident that their focus lies solely on revenue generation through renewals and network upgrades, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing service deficiencies.

Despite the promised 50 Mbps speed, the reality is far from satisfactory. Basic tasks such as sending WhatsApp messages become arduous due to unreliable network connectivity. The recent incident, where I was unable to access the Chrome homepage for two consecutive days due to network issues, exemplifies the severity of the problem.

Given the persistent failure of [Network Provider Name] to rectify these issues and provide adequate service, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Team for further investigation and resolution.
