Vz-vicms — Deduction for service which was not opted for

I have received the following text on my mobile as SMS today, from the above mentioned ID:

"Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access SONGS. You have been charged Rs.20. Your balance is Rs.___."

Since I have not opted for this facility, it is requested to cancel this facility and the deducted amount may kindly be refunded to my account
