I received neft of only 8866/- on 16 Feb 2018 but amount claimed was 13808/- on 17 Oct 2017.
they took four months and now they say they wont pay the full amount . nor they informed that i will get only part payment in case of accidental damage.
when ever i called them they said my claim is approved.
they cheated me. what is use of the insurance then if i wont be paid for the accidental damage repair.
