Hi consumer forum
On august 8, 2020, i had ordered a kurta from 'w for woman' website. Unfortunately, due to the size issue i had to return the same.
On august 12, 2020, i had received a message from 'w for woman' that they have initiated my refund. It's september 8, 2020 today and i'm still waiting for my refund.
I have called several times to customer care and mailed about the problem (Including my bank mini statement showing no transactions from their side). But they are not responding positively and telling me to wait.
I want to tell the company if you don't have money then you should stop the sale and please don't make your customer fool. It's a very reputed brand and i'm highly disappointed.
