I have order 15 items online on their offical website and 6 need to be returned. And I have returned it 6 weeks ago and I haven’t received my return yet. Whenever I call on customer service number they says 5 days and then 10 days to get my refund. I have provided all the information they need to process my refund but they doing nothing. They said they have received the items in warehouse but the system hasn’t updated it. But it’s not my fault. It’s the system fault.
