I ordered (ORDER202405rcWfAp) - "Barcelona L Shape Sofa Set (3 Seater + Right Aligned Chaise)" on 10th May, 2024 from wakefit.co and they delivered the damaged sofa. After I complained they had picked up the sofa to replace it.
Till now 13th of july, 2024 they have not delivered the sofa. I contacted them multiple times but there was no positive response. The expected delivery dates keep changing from one date to another. Even I requested them to cancel the order multiple times but they are not ready to do it.
I have tried everything to get this done but no hope. The harassment I am facing is unacceptable. I want them to please cancel my order and refund my full money to the bank account and the way they are doing business. I want my compensation of Rs. 50, 000 to settle this issue.
