Walters Yamaha — Delay of service, no proper response, asked me to Take Bike before service completion

I am writing to express my concerns and seek your assistance in expediting the service for my bike, Yamaha FZX, TN-18 BM-4828, which is currently under an insurance claim.
I understand that the service has been delayed due to the unavailability of an instrument cluster (As per service centre statement). In light of this, I would like to propose an alternative approach to ensure a more prompt delivery of my bike.
Considering the urgency, I kindly request your team to explore alternative methods for checking all other Sensors and devices, even without the immediate availability of the particular spare part. This would involve utilizing alternative diagnostic methods or temporary solutions to assess the functionality of the bike comprehensively.
I am aware that the instrument cluster is a crucial component, and its replacement is necessary for a thorough service. However, if we can perform checks on other components in the meantime, it may help avoid further delay in delivering the bike to me.
I appreciate your understanding of the urgency of this matter and your willingness to explore alternative solutions. Please keep me informed about the feasibility of this approach and any potential impact on the overall service timeline.
