Wapcos Limited — withdrawal of pf amount from employer

This is to kindly inform that i, mohit agarwal has joined wapcos ltd. On 6th august 2012 as engineer trainee in iwrm division. My resignation from the services of wapcos has been accepted w. E. F. From 20th january 2015 vide office order no. 73/reg/2015 dated 20th august 2015.

As per my resignation acceptance letter, i have to submit no dues certificate from all concerned divisions and one month salary in lieu of notice period. Regarding no dues certificate, i would like to mention here that i have already submitted my no dues form to sh. Sanjay singal, hod, rud division (Earlier named as iwrm division) in the month of september 2015 via my friend mr. Nitin bansal, engineer, rud division. Till now i have not received any information regarding clearing of my no dues form.

Further, regarding deposit of one month salary in lieu of notice period, i would like to request you that i had drawn my last salary for the month of december 2014 and i have served wapcos till 20th january 2015. Therefore, salary for the period served in the month of january 2015 along with the earned leaves available till my resignation may be utilised against one month salary in lieu of notice period.

I sincerely request you to kindly obelised my request and processed my epf at the earliest.
