Sub :- RADO Quarts watch (Duplicate) on 09.10.2017 @ 5.30 PM and
paid the amount of Rs.11, 000/-, I did not like/satisfied. - You are
requested to refund the amount of Rs.11, 000/- – Reg.
It is to brought to the notice, I have been ordered/purchased through online watcheshouse.co.in (website screen shot enclosed) and received the RADO Quarts watch on 09.10.2017 @ 5.30 PM and paid the amount of Rs.11, 000/-. But, they have sent the above watch is DUPLICATE and the watch cost/price is below Rs.500/-. Hence, I did not like/satisfied. So, I have requested to them from 10.10.2017 refund the amount through over Mobile phone (Mobile No.[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]), E-Mails and WhatsApp massages (they had seen).
2. I was sent letter (copy enclosed) to M/s.Watches House / M/s.Timesworldz.in - Watch – [protected], [protected], No.502, Millenium Building, Sector 43, GURGAON - 122 001, and copy to which is the above watch supplied by M/s.LUXURYBRANDS – [protected], Minakshi Garden, DELHI – 110 018, both are sent through (Speed Post). But, both addresses are left (Shops were Closed) and hence the letters was returned back to me on 30.10.2017.
3. Further, again I have sent the E-Mail to 1. [protected]@gmail.com, 2.[protected]@gmail.com and 3.Order [protected]@realmhosting.co.in on 03.11.2017. As per above E-Mail they have give reply that, Kindly send paytm no. Refund you will get in 2 hours on 03.11.2017. In this regard, my paytm No.[protected] has been sent immediately on 03.11.2017.
4. Their Shops are closed and mobile phones/website have not working from 12.10.2017, again from 07.11.2017 their website is working and the new contact person mobile No.[protected] is working. But, this mobile no is others they have stated that, my mobile no is wrongly mentioned, I am not contact person.
5. Accordingly, the above Shops may be physically verified what/which are the activities/business they have doing. Further, I have received the calls from Mobile No.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. Hence, may be identified the persons/address that who has involved in the business and may be taken legal action please.
6. Further, over mobile phone No.[protected] @4.27PM called and discussed them with me on 08.11.2017 and have assured me that, with in 02 hrs the amount of Rs.11, 000/- credited/refunded to your paytm No.[protected] account. Further, I have phoned/called on 09.11.2017 to the mobile No.[protected] it is switched off. Further, I have phoned/called another mobile phone No.[protected] it is working, but they have not left the mobile phone. Even though I have sent the every day message to the mobile phone No.[protected] that, Credit the Rs.11, 000/- to my paytm account No.[protected] immediately Pl. Further, they have credited of Rs.5, 000/- through paytm No.[protected] on 10.11.2017 from Watch account.
7. They are using Mobile Nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected], the Mobile Nos. always switched off. But when they want to use the mobile, then they have used different SIM card/mobile Nos. and use the mobiles. This is their tricks/fake business. Further, they have cheated many peoples and peoples have lunched the compliant (copy enclosed).
8. In view of the above, I have requested to you, the balance amount of Rs.6, 000/- may be refunded to my bank account or paytm No.[protected] account from them, and the legal action may be taken against them please.
