Dear Consumer Protection Authority,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against an online shopping website named Watch Lore (Email: [protected]@watchlore.shop), from which I ordered three watches on [Order Date]. The order number is #WL2031103.
I received a notification stating that my order had been delivered (Tracking Number: [protected] via Blue Dart Surface). However, upon opening the package, I found that:
Only two watches were delivered instead of the three that I ordered.
The watches that I received do not match the descriptions and images shown on their website. They are of poor quality and different models than advertised.
I immediately tried to contact the seller through the provided email ([protected]@watchlore.shop) and through their website but have not received any response. I have also tried to track the order via the courier service, but there seems to be no clear update regarding the third item.
I believe I have been scammed and deceived by this seller, and I request your assistance in resolving this matter. I would like to:
Receive a full refund for the missing and incorrect items.
Ensure that appropriate action is taken against the seller to prevent further fraudulent activities.
I have attached copies of the invoice, delivery receipt, email correspondence, and photographs of the items received for your reference.
I sincerely hope that my grievance is addressed at the earliest and justice is served.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
AYAN KHAN
