I ordered a watch (worth Rs.5799) on www.watchokart.com by seeing a picture. I was delivered the watch and it was not as described and faulty. When I contacted them they never picked my phone, and once picked it and after listening to my complaint they promised me refund and blocked my number. Now after repeated emails, texts and calls they aren't responding. I also have the bill and all required documents. The site also promised return and replacement on manufacturing defects.
