I have ordered a Nokia phone on 22-Oct-2020 on the website called : https://www.watchstoresonline.com/ . On 29-Oct-2020 the package arrived and I have payed 1510/- rupees via UPI coz choose pay on delivery option from the website.
Later when I opened the parcel, it contains a wrist watch. Even though the receipt of the parcel showing Product Name : Nokia 8110 Mobile Black.
I call the website "https://www.watchstoresonline.com/", the number they provided "(+[protected]" was not connect saying this number does not exist. I mailed the on "[protected]@gmail.com" they provided on website but no reply. They are sowing return policy but I have to mail them first, I mailed them but no response.

They are fraud. I also cheated and i ordered Bose quiet 35 head phone for Rs.1510/- but i received i12 TWS ear bud ( this cost in amazon is Rs.399).

I have also ordered Bose Bluetooth ear plugs. I have selected cash on delivery option. Wonder what will they send in the package.should I accept the package if it comes?

I have bose sports free TWS ear buds on EOD basis, but received i12 make local ear buds which is available online for just Rs 300/-

I have ordered Bose sports free TWS ear buds on EOD basis but they have delivered a local i12 TWS ear buds which cheaply available online for Rs 350/-

Requested for return but there was only email option is there, when tried the phone which goes to Bluedart courier and it doesn't exist

They are a fraud company. I had ordered Bose quiet 35 head phone for Rs.1510/- but I received a stupid baby watch.

Someone needs to take an action against them

Please do not buy from them.
