Water Problem — Severe water problem

I, Mahatam Singh Pathania, VPO Malnu Teh. Palampur District Kangra (H.P) 83 yrs.old sr. citizen. I am to state that me and my wife only two people living in the house and my wife 75 yrs old is suffering from many decease .After my many request to concerned J.E regarding non delivery one drop of water.But no body listen my problem. There are certain people working in same department in my neighbour having no water shortage in their houses.Person who is water supplier to the villagers having personal choice to supply the water to selected houses.Kindly intervene in person to rectify this problem so that I can live my rest of life in piecefully Thanks and regards, M.S.
