I have purchased amc for my water purifier paying rs.8000 on 20th august 2017. They were supposed to service my water purifier every quarter. The service was not done for first 2 quarters and they came for first maintenance after 8 months. They broke my water purifier and left saying that they need to get some spare part to fix that and will be back in 1-2 hours. It was in working condition before they broke it. It has been 3 days since they left and when i am trying to call them they are shouting at me and not fixing what they have broken. I have lost my amc money and they have broke my water purifier as well. From 3 days i am buying drinking water from outside. Could you please raise a complaint and help me in sorting out this issue and get me justice?
