Water Solution [protected] / [protected] are crooks. Spare Parts are over priced, Technicians are poorly trained and are unresponsive.

Received a call from Just Dial and since I was in need for my water purifier to be serviced I invited them over. After the first visit they left my purifier taking over 10 hours to purify five lt of water and a minor leak. Had to call them over again and after spending over Rs 2600, my purifier is not leaking but raining. They have stopped accepting my calls and are totally unresponsive.

Please avoid them and appreciate if JustDial could take them of the list of service providers.

Note the complete kit of filters i.e. Sediment, pre & post carbon, and Membrane is available on Amazon for Rs 2100, Mr Pasha wanted to charge me Rs 2500 just for the Membrane filter

I also faced same problem as mentioned, with these fraud company.

Water Solutons never picks the call after taking AMC.
Spare parts are really bad.
Do not take AMC from these, water solutions jayanagar.
Their numbers are [protected] / [protected], [protected].

So they are a fraud company. In our case, they were referred to by Kent themselves. Both Water Solutions and Kent RO are refusing to honour the AMC commitment.

Beware of Water Solutions and also beware of Kent.

This is a fraud company, they charged very high price and also they have not changed the filter properly. The technician mentioned in bill that he changed sediment filter and charged me Rs.2500 for that but that was never changed. Also other filter is not working. They stopped picking up call, I made consumer compliant against them, and send them letter, the post returned. Their address too is fake. Moron, pathetic, fruad company. Don't go for this.

I too had bad experience with Water solutions I had purchased AMC for my water purifier paying rs.8000 on 20th August 2017. They were supposed to service my water purifier every quarter. The service was not done for first 2 quarters and they came for first maintenance after 8 months. They broke my water purifier and left saying that they need to get some spare part to fix that and will be back in 1-2 hours. it was in working condition before they broke it. It has been 5 days since they left and when I am trying to call them they are not picking up my and not fixing what they have broken. They are attending only when I call from different number. I have lost my AMC money and they have broke my water purifier as well. From 5 days I am buying drinking water from outside. I have the bills and the phone calls recorded. I am going for a consumer forum complaint if they don't give my AMC back along with the money to fix what they have broken. Water solution, Jayanagar, Bangalore is Fraud.

The same happens to me as well, they never turn back to us after AMC. After a month follow up given a compliant to police station and got the amt back.

I am also one of the victim of this like other as above.They have taken the AMC amount in the month of May 18 & never pick the call for any services.
They have taken amount of rs.4500/- saying its AMC for one year & promised free service 4 times a year including free replacement of all filters in my Aqua guard water purifier. But they never returned.
None of them working under this company is revealing the office address as they have shutdown the office mentioned in the bill provided for AMC.
He is one of the fruad and cheater the main person of this is Pasha who run this water solution company. Alerts and beware of such frud people
I am going to lodge a complaint
against him in the police as well as in the consumer forum.

Same experience here, these guys should not go unpunished and no one else must get cheated how we were . Can anyone guide me how to put a formal complain in consumer forum so that action can be taken.
