Hi, I booked a plot in Sec 6 Wavecity NH24 in 2011 and Possession date promised was March 2014. I visited the site and can see there is hardly any development in the area and is very likely if they will able to complete the work in next 3 years. I visited the office which is in Sec 3 noida to check company penalty clause incase of any delay. One f the manager said they only give penalty for flats and nothing for plots. I am loosing my money value due to this delay.Please help me to understand if as per rule I am eligible for penalty and how to claim that. Was this information helpful? | 
Many times I went to meet themselves, they are giving everytime different excuses.
Either they provide us Plot or return our Money with Interest + Penality.
