I had to issue Legal notice to WAVE PACKERS & MOVERS and its representative Mr. Rahul for insufficient services and Fraud committed by taking Rs 1000 as advance from me for movement of my household goods via online payment mode but neither provided services nor returned my fund inspite of multiple followups. The legal note is self explanatory.

Mr. Rahul and WAVE PACKERS & MOVERSPlease note that after taking advance of Rs 1000 as online transfer to your UPI [protected]@federal on 25.01.2024 from me you have neither provided services to me nor returned my funds even after multiple followups. Also no response is provided to my multiple calls and whats app messages.
Therefore I am going to initiate Legal proceeding against you, your company and the promoters of the company for momentary loss and compensation for mental harassment and losses because of insufficient services and fraud committed by you and your company.
If you do not want unnecessary hassle please return Rs 15, 000 as a compensation for losses suffered by me as legal proceedings will be initiated shortly. Please note that in case of legal proceedings all legal proceedings cost will be recovered from the promoters of the company.
