I hope, you are not working in waves/ velocity for now.
no matter, you are still a trainer, or assistant manager, they are going to cheat you even after you become BDM.
You must have thought about new name for your new office, getting excited by everyday morning meetings, parties around a month, right???
But believe me dear, we know those people who became BDM and left company on the very next day, after knowing that they are still going to become sales boys, and the amount which is said, company will spend on them is mere loan, that they will have to repay within a year.

I joined this organisation 7mnths back.. When I joined this company I don't know how to talk with the ppl nd I don't have the confidence nd nil communication... Nd now I can communicate in hindi and english also... Tq u so much for the great opportunity...

That's true. worked for this company for 6 months.
they are not exactly pvt ltd kind. they are just a team of sales people who work without any salary as a business associate. just commission type.
your trainers will brainwash you saying to not ask for salary as you may get better commission without sALARY also.
stil lif you ask for salary, bdm gives you impossible target to achieve for the first month. after few days anyhow someone will make your mind to say sorry and get commissions as others.
You will become Baap in marketing but don't work for them in the impression of becoming bdm and get 1 or 1.5 lac. this amount is nothing but loan given to you by the company to start another fraud unit for the sales of some new product.
