Newly purchased second had flat in Tirunelveli and Corporation asked me pay Rs 5000 for Drainage system during proprty name tranfer based on that I paid Rs 5000, I checked with previous flat developers and they confirmed Rs 1, 40, 000 ( One Lakh forty thosand deposited for drainage ), But not taken any action for drainage, Requesting to implement drainage system to St Thomas road ( Wavoo Manor Apartment)
