Way Complaint — Subway(rahadari) obstructed by using bike/scooter/bricks/rake & wooden sticks request for justification

Respected Madam/Sir,

SUB:WAY(RAHADARI) OBSTRUCTED BY USING BIKE/SCOOTER/BRICKS/RAKE
& WOODEN STICKS – REQUEST FOR JUSTIFICATION TO REMOVE-REG

Self, Jairunnisha w/o Abdul Khader (Ex-Army) house owner of Door No.38-1-3/2, Ward No.53, Srinivasa Nagar, Marripallem, Visakhapatnam – 530 018.

Above house was gifted to me by my only brother MD Sayed Mohinuddin age 46 Yrs on 29/01/2021.

We brought to your kind notice that 25 persons residing at above Door number.

Kindly note that below mentioned persons from same family residing East side of our house, Door No. 38-1-3, Srinivasa nagar, Marripalem, obstructed our way, by using their bike/scooty/bricks, wooden sticks & rake. They are:-

1) Mr.Kolusu Surya Rao, cell[protected], his son & his wife
2) Mr.Kolusu Rambabu cell[protected] & his wife
3) Mr.Kolusu Srinuvasu Rao, cell[protected] & his wife
4) Above 03 men’s mother smt Lakshmi w/o late Kolusu Apparao.

They obstructed the way to us to enter in our house, saying that “NO WAY” for us, where as per, registration record we have the way in south side and also its common way to smt S. GURUVULAMMA door No.38-1-1, Mr. P RAMACHANDRA RAO door No. 38-1-2 & Sri CHANDRA SEKHAR RAO door No. 38-1-2/1.

FYI boundaries as follows:East: Kolusu Surya Rao, Kolusu Rambabu & Kolusu
Srinuvasu Rao’s Door No. 38-1-3 R.C.C. slab house.

West: MD. Ibrahim’s Door No. 38-1-33/1/1 R.C.C house.

North: MD Sayed Mohinuddin’s Door No. 38-1-32/5 R.C.C.
slab house

South: Way (RAHADARI)

Registered written complaint to sachawalayam code No.1086298( Marripalem) on 04/10/2021 duly acknowledge but not action and caring from sachayawalayam.
We, hereby request your good self for justification.
