We are extremely disappointed with Justdial’s service. As a consultancy (Way2Abroad), we subscribed to the annual plan, trusting Justdial to deliver quality leads. Unfortunately, every lead we received has been improper, irrelevant, or fake. There has been zero conversion and complete wastage of time and resources.
Despite raising our concerns and even responding to your feedback calls, not a single customer representative followed up or resolved the issue. This is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable from a reputed platform. Justdial’s customer service is among the worst we’ve encountered.
We demand an immediate change of our subscription from annual to monthly, and a refund for the remaining 7 months. We paid in good faith, but your service has completely failed to deliver what was promised.
If no proper response is received immediately, we will be forced to take legal and consumer forum action to recover our funds and report this experience publicly across platforms.
We expect this matter to be resolved urgently. Stop wasting our time and process our refund immediately.
