Waytohotel representative called me and offered me attractive hotel package with gift as tablet or phone. They promised me that they will confirm the hotel booking once I pay the amount. However, once I paid the amount the guy kept postponing the date. And later somebody else was asking me to send them valid ID proof which I already had denied before making payment and they agreed on this as it is very confidential and anyone can misuse it. However they later refused to book without valid ID card so I asked for cancellation and refund as per their cancellation policy. But they are not replying to my emails. They are fraud and making people fool with false promises and most they can misuse our credential. Was this information helpful? |
